- Carefully empty four (4) of our boric acid suppository capsules into the tool.
- Carefully add distilled water and fill to the top of the tool.
- Shake rigorously and allow one (1) hour for the boric acid powder to dissolve.
- While sitting in the toilet or standing in the shower, insert the nozzle completely into the vagina.
- Squeeze until all the liquid is dispersed into the vagina. A small amount of fluid may remain.
- Allow the boric acid to flow out from the vagina.
DO NOT use this without boric acid and distilled water. You must use our boric acid suppositories to make it acidic. Using regular, non-acidic water can harm your vaginal pH.
